Community Outreach-Food Banks/Pantries

We support the Northern Illinois Food Bank, the St. Peter Community Food Pantry and the Batavia Interfaith Food Pantry as part of our Community Ourtreach Ministry.

Feeding Our Hungry Neighbors in Northern Illinois

Solving hunger by providing nutritious meals to those in need in Boone, DuPage, DeKalb, Grundy, Kane, Kankakee, Kendall, Lake, McHenry, Ogle, Stephenson, Will & Winnebago counties. Northern Illinois Food Bank's vision is for no one to be hungry in northern Illinois.

The Northern Illinois Food Bank has centers located in Geneva (West Suburban Center), Lake County (North Suburban Center) and Loves Park (Northwest Center) and has an office in Joliet.

The Batavia Interfaith Food Pantry is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit, volunteer agency that is directed and operated by community and local church volunteers residing throughout the greater Fox Valley. They are also a member of the Northern Illinois Food Bank Cooperative. Those who visit and use their Food Pantry are our neighbors and friends: people with disabilities, seniors, low income families, and families who have lost their jobs. The Batavia Food Pantry has been in operation for 30 years.
